Located in the middle of Destin, recently remodeled 1 bedroom apartment. Gated community, 0.8 miles from the closest public beach, on the first floor. Pet friendly, no pet fee/extra cleaning fee for pets. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, 65 inch smart tv in the living room, beautiful view to the lake. The unit doesn’t have washer/dryer, laundry room is 100 yards away. The property has 2 tennis courts, 3 pools and grilling area. Very close to shops, restaurants and other attractions.

Pool paradise with 75" TV - close to beach

Newly renovated condo with spectacular pool area close to the beach. *NO EARLY CHECK INS POSSIBLE DURING HIGH SEASON (March-October) during off season it depends on booking situation (back2back bookings) *RESORT FEE: separate charge not included in the initial charge. There is a resort fee due a few days prior to check in which we will request separately ($25/night). We have to charge separately as we are using a PMS that doesn't allow to add this charge. This contemporary, elegant, and incredibly clean unit is located in the heart of Destin, 0.7 miles from a public beach, and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, a water park, and other attractions. “Exceptionally CLEAN” was one of the main compliments we have been receiving. We reserve sufficient time to clean, scrub, sanitize, disinfect, and air out prior to each visit, as safety of our guests is our priority.
