Το σπίτι αυτό χτίστηκε το 1960, και πρόσφατα ανακαινίστηκε. Ο χώρος που ενοικιάζεται είναι ενιαίος και είναι ενα αυτόνομο τμήμα ενος μεγαλύτερου οικήματος .Ένας όμορφος κήπος με ιδιωτικό παρκιν, μπάρμπεκιου και πισινα εκτείνεται μπροστά του, πλαισιωμένος και προστατευμένος απο καταπράσινα φυτά. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήρεμη γειτονιά στο χωριό των Ταξιαρχών, σε απόσταση 10km ανατολικά της πόλης των Τρικαλων,με όλους τους δημοφιλείς προορισμούς του θεσσαλικού καμπου εύκολα και γρήγορα προσβασιμους.

Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.

Το σπίτι μου βρίσκεται στους πρόποδες του Πηλίου,στο γραφικό χωριό της Άλλης Μεριάς και είναι μία νεοκλασική παραδοσιακή μεζονέτα που μπορεί να προσφέρει όλες τις ανέσεις στον επισκέπτη για μία ευχάριστη,άνετη και αξέχαστη διαμονή.Απέχει 3χλμ από το κέντρο του Βόλου και 10΄ από το πανέμορφο χωριό του Πηλίου,την Πορταριά.Απέχει 1500μ. από την περιφερειακή οδό η οποία συνδέει τον Βόλο με το Ανατολικό παραθαλάσσιο Πήλιο.
