Very good food and nice bar and outside deck. Within walking distance to cottage. Serves lunch and dinner until 9:45 PM. Live music on certain nights!

Governor Dick Observation Tower
“It's a fun family outing with either a short hike up a steep trail or a longer hike that's off of Horseshoe Trail. There used to be a small railroad that would take visitors up to the top of the hill where the observation tower is located. Governor Dick Observation Tower is in Governor Dick State Park. It's close to Mount Gretna. Visiting the Jigger Shop for some ice cream or a meal afterwards is a real treat.”

“Carolyn recommends the Jigger Shop. It's an old fashioned historic ice cream shop that's been in existence over 100 years. It's very nostalgic with a unique setting in the woods. Their food is great and the ice cream is delicious!”
