Roomy, relaxed bistro offering all-day, homestyle American plates, plus a full bar & patio seating. Available downstairs on the lobby floor. There is a long wait line and they do not take reservations. I recommend arriving early about 10 minutes before opening in the morning if you wish to eat here for breakfast. The food is amazing. The home fries are nice and crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. The pancakes and eggs are nice and fluffy. They come in different flavors, but Cinnamon's is most known for their guava chiffon pancakes. The omelet is a filling portion size with the ingredients evenly distributed throughout, I definitely recommend trying that if anything.

CINNAMON’S AT THE ‘ILIKAI HOTEL The Cinnamon’s location at the Ilikai hotel serves what are considered one of the “Top 10 Pancakes in America”. We’re not sure who is responsible for making those lists, but the fact is that the guava chiffon pancakes are incredible.

Fun breakfast/brunch spot. Awesome red velvet pancakes with guava sauce. Inside and outside seating with views of the ocean and marina.
