This is a very popular spot, so do expect to see other hikers, especially on the weekend. Be aware, the hot springs are considered "clothing opetional" by a lot of folks, so if you are not comfortable with nudity, you may want to avoid this hike.
Hike to Deep Creek Hot Springs to enjoy a fantastic view and natural hot springs
The most amazing hot springs ever! 2 hour drive from Pioneertown, then a 2 mile hike down into the canyon... and a 2 mile hike back out! Well worth it if you have the time.
Looking for a secret spot? This trail is an all day adventure. Don't be alarmed if you come across some nudists here. But if you are looking for a Hot Springs, we have one near by.
This will take a whole day but is worth it if you can spare the time. Its about an hour drive to the parking area which is at The Bowen Ranch down the back side of the mountain. Then a scenic 50 minute moderate hike through the desert to deep creek. You will need to cross the waist deep freezing…

Deli / Bodega
“We went here yesterday for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this little deli. We had our 2 young babies with us and as soon as we sat down the friendly cashier asked my girls if they wanted Hawaiin Lays, even took the time to teach them a few new words. The atmosphere is friendly & welcoming, with large wood tables and cute sayings decorating the walls. We ordered their New York Reubens (amazing pastrami!!) and for the kids we got their Mac n Cheese sandwich, which my kids are now obsessed with. Highly recommend this little deli, you won't be disappointed!”
