Especially if the weather is nice, Looking Glass Café is a short walk down Poplar and has a lovely outdoor seating area to chill or get work done! Much like Open Eye Cafe, it is a more European café in that in addition to coffee and tea, they also serve wine. Lovely for warm evenings!

One of our favorite "locals only" spots, right by the O2 health club and Carrboro Town Hall and fire station. Great coffee, a side "quiet room", free wifi, meet interesting people.
