An old picturehouse! A real perk of the area. Old school cinema with an interval, a bar, velvet curtains etc. £6 a ticket too. Current films shown.

Old style cinema offering film, live theatre and organ recital performances in a varying showcase, which includes a great deal suited to children and families. Auditorium includes stalls, circle, stage, and the only organ of its kind in the country!

While there are other cinemas within driving distance, the Penistone Paramount Cinema offers a slightly different experience. There are just a couple of showings per day and there is still an intermission where you can have drinks and ice cream!
