About this place
Melty, creamy, gooey, funky, satisfying. As Denver's oldest cheese bar, we bring all of the sensations to delight any and every cheese-lover. Small bites to substantial dishes are complemented by "off-the-beaten-path" wines and cocktails. And on Sunday Brunch, we upshift to serving authentic Parisian-style crêpes.

“Forest Room 5 is a unique place. I have traveled all over and have never seen a place quite like it. If you are looking for that nature vibe in the city, this is it! The outdoor patio has to be seen to be believed. The service here can be slow, but you can fill that time by just taking in all the sights of the Forest Room!”
