One of the best authentic Italian restaurants in the country! Chef Vola's is a special place and it is difficult to get a reservation, so I recommend planning this weeks in advance. It is located in a converted house a half block off the boardwalk near the Tropicana. The staff is friendly and attentive. Great entrees from their classic pounded, breaded and fried veal chop, to chicken, a great choice of fish, and of course pasta.
