Chef Jessica Fultz, native to Lubbock earned her culinary degree at San Francisco's California Culinary Academy in 2012. She moved to Austin as an Executive Chef and returned to Lubbock to open La Sirena in 2016. Eating here is an experience and you can't go wrong!

Such a cool insiders-only spot to grab dinner and drinks. Order the stacked enchiladas with chicken...and tell them you want it "Christmas style" (with red and green sauce!)
