Nearest Laundromat. Also, to the south you will see concrete walkway to Makotuku River. Glow worms at night so bring a torch but please do not make too much noise.

Head down after dark to the mossy river banks just off the Makotuku river walkway (behind the south end of the Raetihi Holiday park) to see the lights of the glowworms. Be sure not to make too much noise and keep torch lights to a minimum and you should see a great display.
