South Street Seaport is definitely a must if you haven't been to NYC before. Great shopping, but really, the boats are beautiful. You can also hop on a water taxi or circle cruise from the seaport.

Just across the street!! Don't miss seeing the seaport and touring the boats built over 150 years ago!
