The green house is nice and warm for a cold day and is filled with exotic plants
Beautiful public park and gardens. The glass house ‘kibbles palace’ was donated to Glasgow. It was formerly a private conservatory which was dismantled and rebuilt in Glasgow. It must have been a huge undertaking... you’ll know what I mean when you see the size and complexity of it!!
Tha name says it all - it has houses a magnificent Victorian greenhouse (The Kibble Palace)
Stroll around the gardens and in the summer time you might encounter some of the open air Bard in the Park (Shakesperian plays) performances. The Botanics are on the top of Byres Rd in the West End.
A beautiful place all year round that allows you to see tropical plants from across the world. Free entry.
