Hike up Platte Clove Rd. Park at the corner of Platte Clove Rd (Route 16) and Manorville .Rd. Walk right towards the mountain. Its a step hike up a paved road that is closed to cars in the winter

This is a seasonal road with access to Huckleberry Point (best views from the northern escarpment) and the Platte Clove Preserve, home to the Catskill Center's artist in residency and waterfalls!

Great trailhead for the hike up to Huckleberry Point. Moderate difficulty, takes a couple of hours. You'll want to spend time at the top, as the views are phenomenal!

Restaurant
“Great for dinners, check that it's open before you go. It's a big Victorian house that feels like it's in the middle of nowhere. The food is great. At the bar, the pizza is delicious. In the summer, it feels like you are in Hawaii because you can sit and look at the waterfall. Always a good vibe!”
