Small but sweet, Trödelmarkt Arkonaplatz is the place to go for all manner of GDR nostalgia. They specialise in kitsch from the 1950s through 1980s – lamps, crockery, record players and radios. Beware of the high prices!

Sunday Fleamarket Good to visit alongside Mauerpark on Sunday, in one of Berlin most beautiful area. Vintage items, bit pricey.

Smaller than the Mauerpark flea market, but selection is refined. On Fridays there is a food market. Great place for lunch.
