If you want to stay close to San Juan, Isla verde is a beautiful beach! Very nice to exercise and/or run (running back and forward is ~4.5km). San Juan Hotel has a very nice lobby. Great place to hang out.

Lively Parque Isla Verde centers on Isla Verde Beach, home to numerous chic resorts and high-rise hotels. Vendors offer jet ski, parasailing, and banana boat rides, while local and global eateries, casinos, and buzzing nightclubs line the busy seafront promenade. Family-friendly Balneario de Carolina beach has a water park for kids.
