Tips from locals
George Washington started his professional career in Winchester as a Land Surveyor. His office here (also known as the Adam Kurtz House, built 1757) was used during construction of Fort Loudoun.
You can see Washington's Office museum from the stoop at Levi Wickham house. Possibly worth admission if you're a history buff. Take a selfie in front of a canon!
