a big green hill in the very centre with Petřin funicular, Petrin lookout tower, Mirror maze etc. The hill (in German known as Laurenziberg) is featured prominently in Franz Kafka's early short story "Description of a Struggle" and briefly in Milan Kundera's novel The Unbearable Lightness of Being.

Great play area at the bottom for kids. Nice park on the hill - take the funicular up and walk down. You can use a tram ticket on the funicular!
