Tips from locals
a lot of my Italian friends call Delft "the nicest town of The Netherlands" and I believe that I agree :-)
Nice town, well known for it's Technical University. Also famous for its Large Church ( de Grote Kerk) with the grave tomb of the Royal Family.
The city that is famous about its ceramics industry. Delftware was produced here from the 16th century onwards.
Little city nearby, with old houses, nice to stroll around and have a drink somewhere. Tram 1 near the peacepalace goes directly here, it takes about half an hour though. Train is also an option from Den Haag Centraal
