Tips from locals
This is a lovely local winery that has a deck overlooking the vineyards. Great for a picnic lunch or a free tasting and often has free or inexpensive events on the weekends.
While sitting outside on our expansive decks, you'll marvel at the spectacular views of the vineyards and fields nestled in the foothills of Shade Mountain. A 19th-century barn houses wine-making and hosts free daily tastings of over 50 different wines. You do not need an appointment, just drop in…
Beautiful vineyard with wine tasting and many summer events--worth visiting. The wine, alas, does not taste like that made in Provence, but the scenery really looks like it--and I've been to Provence.
