One of the finest beaches in Cascais with stunning coastal scenery and a backdrop of the Sintra mountains. Ideal for surfers with great waves. It can be quite windy after 2pm. There are many great seafood restaurants within the area with spectacular views. However the food can be quite expensive!

This wild beach is stunning but very windy. It’s perfect for surfing, kitesurfing and windsurfing.

Melhor praia de Cascais, para ficar se não houver vento; para visitar se houver nortada.

“The Casino of Estoril is about 10 minutes walking from Cascais, and offers many forms of entertainment besides being a casino. Very nice restaurants (Mandarin - the best Chinese in Portugal), a lounge where many concerts take place (several of them completely free), Jezebel the nightclub (the only decent one in the area) and the gardens in front of the casino, beautiful place and where many events take place. ”

“This 18th century palace is one of many UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the romantic playground of Sintra. No more than 25 minutes away by car. Our advise would be to take an Uber taxi to avoid winding, narrow roads and difficult parking. Alternatively bus tours are available or we can recommend a good driver for the day.”
