Great beach for watching the sunset, right down the road. Plenty of picnic tables, bring some food and relax.

This is the neighborhood beach to go to. We enjoy its incredible vista at sunset. ONLY 5 minutes away. This is key to easy and enjoyable stress free family moments. We take the kids and plop them in the sand and let them run and play to their hearts content. Want and need memorable family moments then make sure to do this every day you are here as much as you can. Grab a picnic blanket some beach toys and head here for an hour or two before sunset. No kids... even better grab some wine and cheese at the Foodland in Kapolei or at Costco (but foodland at the R. Fields area is the place to go) and don't forget some plastic cups and a wine opener. 5 star recommendation!
