This short but spectacular walk takes in the must see sight of South Loch Ness - the Falls of Foyers. Continues down to the shores of Loch Ness for a short loop before returning uphill past the falls.

The Falls of Foyers are worth a detour especially on a sunny day. Be careful near the edge of the paths!

“Here one can get a dramatic feeling of the great battle of Cullodon. This was the changing point for the Scots, where they were forbidden to speak the "Gallic" & wear tartans. Great museum there, which gives a good description. This place is also known from the series "Outlander" ”
