A fabulous place to learn all about the process of making goat mild produts. See the goats and chickes, go around back and look through the windows to watch goat cheese being formed, and purchase some cheese to take home. There is a beautiful picnic area where you can eat lunch. Try the gaots milk ice-cream for something unique.

Salt Spring Island Cheese Company makes both sheep and goat milk cheeses. Visit the charming farm and sample all the cheeses. There are windows into every room, so you can also see the entire cheesemaking process from start to finish.
