“At the top of Mount Lemmon is a tiny town named Summerhaven. This is a great day trip to do, whether you just enjoy the drive to the top (about 45 minutes) or if you love hiking and exploring. October fest in Mount Lemmon is a MUST do!”

Scenic Lookout
“Great sunset and city night light views! From the west side, the scenic route up to the top of the pass is a slow, winding, 2 lane road among the Saguaros. There are a number of pull outs for stops. At the top, there's a large parking lot. Stop and take a look at the city views here. Popular with motorcyclists and bicyclists. This is a slow road! Don't plan on going fast! Gates Pass turns into Speedway heading east. ”

Mexican Restaurant
“Cafe Poca Cosa is a must-have experience for many visitors to Tucson. Headed by acclaimed chef Susana Davila, Cafe Poca Cosa features a daily chalkboard menu with innovative takes on classical Mexican cuisine. The atmosphere is moody and beautiful. You'll want to make a reservation.”
