Best coffee and breakfast in the area. They have awesome egg burritos that you can just grab and go. Bus stop right in front so you can eat on a cute blue bench while you wait for the bus.

The new address is 553 Walton Ave! Super duper convenient, casual, and extra cheap. I'm talking an entire meal with a drink and side for $10.
