Home to plenty of interesting expos and design fairs, it's worth checking to see what's on during your stay. It's listed as a World Heritage Site, and the building itself is worth a look if you're walking into the city.

Iconic Melbourne location. Just a wonderful heritage building that is home to various exhibitions throughout the year.

Grand Victorian building built during the 1800s was Australia's first national Parliament from 1901. Used for exhibitions, displays and Year 12 exams. Its architecture is unique. Check out the beautiful Exhibition Gardens and visit the nearby Melbourne Museum.

Classic old Melbourne architecture. This is where Melbourne held international exhibitions since the late 1800's and where Australia was declared a Federation in 1901. An amazing building itself but there are also great gardens and other things such as the Melbourne Museum next door.

It was built to host the Melbourne International Exhibition in 1880–81 and later hosted (in the Western annex) the opening of the first Parliament of Australia in 1901
