The best restaurant of Santo Domingo Excellent place to dine underground in one of the safest places in the country. But what you will like the most is the quality of the food and the fine treatment for the clients. It is an extremely romantic atmosphere. I recommend it if you want to impress your beloved wife or girlfriend or boyfriend.
