“Interesting menu with many vegetarian options and creative dishes. This unique place is dedicated to innovative culinary riffs on Campanian cuisine. A move to new multilevel digs has resulted in a new ground-floor cheese bar, which serves soups, salads, sformati (quiches) and a paprika-laced burger, along with a fine array of cheeses. In the titular 'tasting room' upstairs (booking is essential), the menu changes almost daily depending on chef's whims. Reinterpreted classics such as sartù di riso (baked rice), lamb with ginger, Casertano pig in Aglianico wine or herb-basted grouper fish are served as assaggi - small tasting portions. ”
