Taps tavern is our family's favorite local restaurant! They have fresh local seasonal meals, with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Poultney Bluegrass Society Members gather each and every Tuesday for an open Jam session at the restaurant. The crew starts jamming around 7pm. Performers, musicians and beer lovers rejoice! Open Mic has returned. Join our friend and host Danny Lang every Wednesday from the 7-9. Spoken word artists, solo musicians, small groups and stand-up comedians are welcome to take the stage. Sign up begins at 7pm. Our family's favorite meals from here are the local burger, maple BBQ wings, hearty caesar and the I don't care (also known as mac & cheese with an octopus hotdog for kids).
