Tips from locals
So close (3mins walk) to this upscale restaurant with modern Australian dishes and locally sourced wines in a charming 1918 home with fireplaces.
Absolutely delicious southeast asian fusion with vietnamese roots - a real treat. Not to mention one of the most extensive wine lists you're likely to see!
Just opposite FermentAsian Restaurant (300 metres walk from your accommodation). An outstanding local restaurant. Book ahead.
It's been around for years - your parents most likely went there! And you still have to book because they have never let the bar slip - it's a good (or better) than ever And it's less than 200 metres from your accommodation!
Open 7 days a week. Very centrally located within walking distance from Miriam's Cottage

“Only 4 mins walk to this Barossa’s Community Club, going since 1891, with bar, dining, gaming, etc. Definitely where all the locals meet and eat...including us!”

“I've put this into sightseeing even though it's a winery. The location is just beautiful, the wine delicious and it's a great place to lunch. Don't miss the opportunity to have your photo taken on the hay bales with the spectacular backdrop. (you haven't been to the Barossa if you haven't had a photo on the hay bales!). ”
