Phenomenal pizza. Do not bother heading out anywhere else as this place is one of the best in the City. Pizza Barbarella at Fraser and Broadway is another great spot, however, Carano has excellent other dishes; try their meatballs to start.

A decent taco and where else can you get a hibiscus margarita this close to your house. Try the duck confit taquitos - yes fusion, but they also own Les Faux Beaujoise, so it kind of makes sense.
