One of our favorite places to sit outside and enjoy a delicious meal. We love to take guests here because the atmosphere is hard to beat and the outdoor bar is great for long conversations and getting a taste of the neighborhood. A favorite is the Cat Fish Sandwich with Bar-B-Que sauce...

This is mostly a locals only place though loved by all that know about it. This has been a West Nashville staple since forever and though our neighborhood has undergone major changes, good ol' Wendell Smith's is the same as it was in the 50's. Sweet tea and (southern) diner favorites in a no-frills spot. There's also a drive-thru.
