It's easy to walk pass this French bakery and cafe on Bayview. It took me a year to discover it. Their tarts (pear, apricot, figs, apple) are the best along with other decadent French pastries.👍

You could drive there in 10 minutes or enjoy a lovely hike/bike mostly in the shade through Mt. Pleasant Cemetery’s parking lot. The Brick Works is worth half a day sightseeing during the summer to enjoy the historical old homes/distillery. There are water lilies pond with fish/turtles and an eco-art garden with good eats at the eco restaurant/cafe there. There are fresh market and arts and craft market on the weekend during the summer as well.
