Kim was immediately in touch on the phone and gave really clear instructions to give our taxi driver. Kim was so kind and friendly & served a variety of foods for breakfast right outside our room. Nothing was too much trouble & we felt like part of the family & community straight away. Kim also offered laundry service & her husband was also a great taxi service. They advised us on local events & places of interest. So welcoming, I would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful quirky house. Thank you Kim & Duy.

Wonderful oaisis in a quiet area of Hoi An, not far from city center / old town but in the rice paddies where one can walk or bike through the farms. Lovely house, very large suites with everything one might need. We kept saying, wow, this place is so well-thought-out! With music players, chargers, day beds, good drinks selection, long list of activity ideas, and excellent staff who made us great breakfasts. We are planning to return again but next time stay a week to relax more thoroughly.

Nice boutique accommodation. Private Courtyard, with pool. Rooms cleaned everyday. Top quality breakfast prepared daily. Toung and his team very friendly always going the extra step. Easy walk to Hoi An Ancient Town.

I had a really good time at Fairy Garden, the place is very nice, cozy, with a space where I could work. The staff was very kind, they offered me coffee on my birthday and helped me every time I needed it. The garden is very nice, with the pool and the iacuzzi. Highly recommended for those who prefer tranquility to the chaos of the tourist center. Thank you so much

It was a very nice place to stay. Minh and his family were very friendly and quite helpful with booking activities. Quiet place, with rice fields behind the house. Easy to bike (free to use, if available (which they always were)) to old town. Would gladly recommend to others!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was close to the main areas but still quiet at night. Thanh Vinh was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay again if I were ever back in Hoi An, highly recommend!

It was a nice stay with Pool next to door, all the good amenities. Big room and cleaned washrooms. Host was responsive and kind she answered all our questions and on arrival she showed us many places to visit nearby. I highly recommend this place if you want budget friendly, near to old town, good location with peace stay for your Hoi an trip.

Fantastic place and fantastic people. I came here after a bit of a snafu at a different Airbnb. I was so glad to find this stay. Phuong and her family were super helpful. The showers had nice hot water, the pool was beautiful, and the bed/pillows were 😚 chef’s kiss. I had asked about a tailor recommendation and not only did they recommend a place that I was very happy with the results, they drove me over there one morning. The staff is super kind, and breakfast each morning was also delicious. This is definitely a more luxury accommodation in the way that they cleaned the room daily. WiFi worked great as I was doing some online work while I was there. Nice big windows were great to let light in. Absolutely saved me in my time in hoi an. It’s probably about a 30 minute walk to the proper old town hoi an area, but that didn’t bother me. They had a number of bicycles available for free rental to just grab and stroll through the rice fields and to town so that was great. Highly recommen

The stay was just great. The communication in advance very clear, even a pick-up service from the airport was organized late in the evening. The place was comfortable, plenty of space, very clean and well maintained. The house has a small garden where coffee is also served. If you ask nicely, you can also taste the tomatoes from the garden. I would absolutely come back. Book is also extremely friendly and helps with all matters.

superb. the location is great to access both the old city and the center of hoi an. the rooms are absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. there are free bikes to ride around the beautiful rice fields, gorgeous fresh roses everywhere even in the rooms, three absolutely loving puppies to greet you when you arrive. after only two days, pinus boutique felt like coming home. this was the perfect accommodation: new, clean, well taken care of, great hosts, beautiful scenery, quiet. mr. will’s spirit is wonderful. he is a ray of sunshine, so personable and also gave excellent recommendations and arranged the taxi service. he has a great intuition about his guests so his recommendations felt personalized which is a gift. i didn’t eat the breakfast but i saw it being served to other guests and it looked delicious. don’t hesitate on this booking, it’s really a gem. i can’t wait to return. i was lucky to stay in two rooms, and both were fantastic. be sure to check them out under his profile.
