This is a brand new home in the prestigious Harvest Estate. Tastefully presented, you have your own private entry to your bedroom, bathroom and a laundry/kitchenette space. This includes sink, fridge, microwave, jug, toaster, tea and coffee and a range of breakfast cereals. We are within 30 minutes to beautiful beaches, lush Barrington rainforests and exquisite wineries. The Stockland Mall is a 5 minute drive and includes restaurants and cinemas.

Morpeth Villa is a light, airy, comfortable, fully self contained villa suitable for up to 4 guests and only a stone's throw from the main street of heritage listed Morpeth. Boutique shops are only a short stroll away. Tocal , Mindaribba and Wallalong House wedding venues are all within a short driving distance making Morpeth Villa a perfect location for wedding guests, family weekends, short getaways or business trips. A baby portacot and high chair are available for use. Small dog friendly.
What guests are saying:“What an amazing find! We needed somewhere to stay locally whilst out renovations were carried out, and luckily came across this beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse. The location could not be more perfect - it’s less than a minute to wonderful cafes, easy parking, and a great base to explore the area. We have 2 young kids and they were well catered for with a safe space and backyard, colouring books, pencils and crayons, and age-appropriate board games - which made the stay very stress free. Of note Katrina is fantastic to communicate with, and when I misplaced the key (first time at an air bnb!) she had someone deliver a new key before I’d even returned home. Nothing was too much trouble and the house was exactly as described - except better because there were gorgeous touches around. The pantry and fridge was stocked with essentials, there were high quality sheets and towels, beautiful smelling bathroom products and a laundry (very helpful if you have kids and need to wash almost daily). Overall a really positive experience and I will definitely be referring friends to stay here when they come to visit us nearby!”
On offer is our lovely spacious modern Studio apartment. It has private entry, private shower/bathroom and balcony. It backs onto the Rathluba reserve which overlooks the Rathluba lake and its scenic walking paths. Within minutes from the new Greenhills Stockland shopping Centre and Maitland town centre and only 30 mins to the lovely winery area Pokolbin.
