Our home is special for its location providing easy summer access to water on the Deschutes River and easy winter access to snowy adventures on Mt Bachelor. Summer months are booked early by guests who love our peaceful water views and access to their private dock, kayaks & bicycles. Our winter months welcome guests looking to experience snowy pines and easy access to Mt Bachelor's powdery slopes and surrounding trails. Summer or winter guests celebrate our pristine hot tub, morning to evening.

🌲 Create unforgettable family memories at this unique Central Oregon retreat featuring a private backyard treehouse, hot tub, game room, and included bikes, paddleboards, river tubes. Located near Sunriver and the Deschutes River, the home is perfect for family vacations, outdoor adventures, and group getaways. After a day of biking, floating, hiking, or skiing, relax by the fire pit, unwind in the hot tub, or enjoy arcade games, foosball, ping pong, and Nintendo Switch. Sleeps up to 15 guests.

Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared. Pepper is a gentle 10-year old retriever mix.
