Unser schönes Landhaus hat insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer über 2 Etagen. Auf ca 190 qm gibt es 2 Bäder, eine große Küche mit Terrasse und Lounge Zimmer, Wohnzimmer, Kaminzimmer und Sauna. Im Aussenbereich findet ihr einen 1500qm Garten mit Fußballtoren, kleinem Basketballcourt und einen 11m Pool ( Juni - Sep). Die überdachte Aussenterrasse und BBQ Grill laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein. Leider hat der Pool keine Sicherheitsabdeckung und aus diesem Grund ist die Villa nur fuer Schwimmer geeignet

The holiday home can be booked in different variants and separate accommodation units from 2 to 16 people. Amenities: 5 bedrooms, 2 living/bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 guest toilets, 3 kitchens with dining area, Franconian wine bar, ski cellar with boot heating, sauna and relaxation room as well as a heated garden house.

Holiday Home - right in the middle of Germany

Our house is located in a prime residential area and next to the forest. Everything was renovated and lovingly refurnished in 2023. Parking is available in front of the house. The house sleeps up to 10 people. With the house comes a partly covered terrace and a barbecue. Thüringen is famous for its "best bratwurst in the world" and we want you to enjoy to the max. The City center is a 10 min. walk away and restaurant "Berggarten" in the forest with a nice playground about 20 min.
