It is 400 square metres with a 30 square metre pool. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and a large garden. Furnished with new and very stylish items. It offers all the comforts of a luxury villa. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi Beach Clubs 2 minutes to downtown Çeşme Alaçatı is 15 minutes from the city centre. There is exercise equipment and a jacuzzi in my house. The windows overlooking the pool offer you the opportunity to take beautiful photos.

There are 2 bedrooms with double beds,wardroabs. There is also a comfortable bathroom.The house has a big balcony with a beautiful view. A supermarket and a gasstation is closer by.

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.
