Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tías

This was our first trip to Lanzarote, so we didn’t really know what to expect. The accommodation is peacefully located just a few minutes from the main road, where you’ll also find a supermarket. Everything is easy to reach, yet you’re far from the crowds and can enjoy a wonderfully quiet and relaxing stay. The place is spotless and equipped with all the amenities you’d expect. The (sun-)heated pool is pleasant, even when the weather is a bit cooler. Karen is very discreet but super approachable. Every message was answered almost immediately, always with helpful tips! Do ask her for tips about the island! In short, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Todo genial, el apartamento es tal y como se refleja en el anuncio. Lorenzo, muy atento y rápido al contestar. Parking y piscinas son un verdadero plus. Muy bien situado, cerca de Puerto del Carmen.

Nos ha encantado la casa, los anfitriones muy simpaticos, la ubicacion para visitar la isla, la casa muy bien equipada y con muchos detalles de decoracion, lo recomendamos sin duda!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hat einen einzigartigen Stil. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Dachterrasse hat einen unglaublich schönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Patrick ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war schnell, unkompliziert und sehr sympathisch. Das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung für größere Reisegruppen! Apartamento en perfectas condiciones (sofá cama incómodo), con sombrilla, hamacas y toallas de playa y productos de limpieza. Check in antes de tiempo, facilidad para comunicarse con la propietaria. 100% recomendable. Gracias Jeanne :)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison. Elle est conforme au descriptif dans un environnement calme.Teguise est un village magnifique et animé. C’est un bon point de départ pour explorer l’île. Lanzarote est vraiment unique. Nous avons fait de nombreuses randonnées. Bref que du bonheur.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement, nous avons pu tout visiter sans passer trop de temps en voiture et le calme, pour se ressourcer après des journées bien remplies ! Merci à Silvia pour son accueil et ses conseils

A lovely quiet location, with a private pool. Well within walking distance of everything. From shopping for provisions to bars and restaurants, all is there if you dont mind a little walking The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place if you like a little peace and quiet with the bonus of your own pool 5 yards from your front door.

First visit here what a lovely town , people ,food. Place was immaculate and had all the little extras you need . Less than 10 minutes to the supermarket and all the bars etc . Really really can’t say enough about this place will defiantly be returning ❤️❤️

Oscar es un gran anfitrión. El sitio es precioso y tranquilo para descubrir la isla tranquilamente y poder descansar en un buen lugar. Además, como llegábamos tarde Oscar y su mujer tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos un zumo, una agua y unas galletas, cosa que agradecimos mucho ya que en ese momento no teníamos nada para el día siguiente. También nos recomendó sitios locales para comer (en los cuáles, por cierto, comimos genial!). Mejor no hemos podido estar.

Apartment was exactly as described and in an excellent location within the town. Balcony overlooked the pool and was shielded from the wind. Silvia is an excellent host and would definitely recommend

I had a fantastic stay in La Santa at Debbie's apartment. The apartment was really clean and comfortable and there was more than enough space to relax in. It was really well equipped and within walking distance to all things in La Santa, including the promenade and sea which were only a few seconds walk away. Debbie is also extremely helpful and friendly and very quick to respond. I'd definitely come back again the next time I'm staying in the area. Thank you so much

Alles super, alles da was man braucht. Ein bisschen mehr Liebe bei der Einrichtung: Unnötige Gerätschaften (Alter TV, DVD-Player usw. könnten raus). Die Lage ist gut!

This ground floor apartment is within a few steps from the shared well kept pool. There were always sun beds available but you have to be brave to go in the unheated pool in January! The complex is very quiet day and night but only a few minutes away from bars, restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of spare bedding and towels. The apartment had everything we needed for our month stay. We would not hesitate to return.

We were welcomed by Lorenzo‘s brother, who was very kind and gave useful hints concerning nearby restaurants. Lorenzo‘s apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood but within a five minutes walk the center of Corralejo can be reached. The ocean is even closer, it is just 100 m away. There are a lot free parking spaces around the building. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The basics for cooking, like oil, salt, sugar and so on are there. The same with sanitary products. I totally recommend a stay at Lorenzo‘s apartment!

Loved our stay at Giuseppe's place, a lovely apartment on a beautiful peaceful complex in a fantastic location. Apartment was great and had everything we needed, nice modern bathroom with a walkin shower, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. No toaster but oven had a grill which we used for our toast. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Loved the very spacious and private balcony which gets the sun all day and offers shade if you sit further back. No sunbeds on the balcony but no problem, I took one from the sunbathing area out front and used it on the balcony, it was great . Plenty of towels, sheets etc for our stay and a having the washing machine was great. Iron as well and a proper hairdryer! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again. 😁

This accommodation felt like home away form home. Vanessa is a super host, she responds to messages quickly, she helped us with information about rental cars and local restaurants. She agreed to our request for late check out. This property looks as shown in the pictures. It is clean and tidy , it is 5 minutes walk for the promenade and 10 minute walk to the local beach Playa Bastian. Supermarket and restaurants are very close by. Property is in gated community and very secure. We had to use the street parking , it was easy to find space. We stayed in Lanzorote for a week and had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this property . We would definitely look forward to booking this place again , hopefully sometime soon...

What a gem of an apartment! Right next to the beach but so private at the same time. The outside space is perfect and inside has all that you need. Super comfortable beds and the most beautiful bed linen. In a lovely resort with everything on your doorstep. The sunrises at the beach are spectacular. Definitely one to return to. Thanks Andrew for a fabulous stay.

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, so dass man problemlos kochen kann. Beim Check In wurde uns von Romina deutsches Fernsehen eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist klein und nicht zum Essen im freien geeignet. Die Apartmentanlage ist sehr hübsch und der Weg zum Strand und zum nächsten Supermarkt nicht weit. Wer Spanien erleben oder spanisch essen möchte muss allerdings den Ort verlassen, die Strandmeile ist komplett british/irish ausgerichtet. Der kleine Stadtstrand eignet sich sehr gut zum buddeln und baden mit kleinen Kindern. Die Kommunikation zu Christian und Romina hat wunderbar funktioniert und bei einem kleinen Problem haben beide sofort reagiert. Das einzige Manko ist die Lage des Schlafzimmers. Die Schnellstraße ist manchmal recht laut und die Mülltonnen sind genau hinter dem Haus. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ein paar wirklich schöne Tage hier verbracht!

Ho alloggiato presso l’appartamento di Sara e Gino per una settimana e fin da subito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. La casa è situata nel cuore della città di Corralejo e vicina a tutti i servizi principali. Alloggio molto ben arredato con tutti i comfort. Offre molta privacy e ha un’ottima esposizione al sole. Raccomando fortemente. Grazie ancora a Sara e Gino!

We loved Marta’s apartment which was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were especially impressed by how friendly her neighbours were; always ready for a chat and recommending restaurants, etc, Matagorda was an ideal location for us; a great variety of restaurants nearby, beautiful beaches, easy walking to Carmen and bus stops.

A spacious 2 bedroomed apartment with lovely balcony space overlooking the pool - with many mature trees and plants but so near the centre of town and the beach. A perfect combination. The apartment has a cool and calm decor as well as everything you need. Fernanda is caring and courteous and made us feel so welcome. She communicated promptly and was very accommodating on our arrival day. A 5* host!
