Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

Sulla cima di una collina, circondata da vigneti e coltivazioni , si erge il fienile di "Torre Scilano", luogo incantevole, situato lungo la via "Bregaglia" , il cui sfondo sono le cascate dell'Acquafraggia. Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.

"Alba" is a lovely independent apartment in our farm stay (Agriturismo Conca Sandra). The apartment is located in a recently renovated historic building, surrounded by the nature of our organic farm. At a short distance from Lake Como and Varenna (20 minutes of steep walking/ 5 minutes by car) you will experience an atmosphere out of time: a blooming garden, the cultivated countryside, the lake, and the mountains in the background. Chalet Geimen: nostalgic and modern style!

Only 8-10 minutes by car from Brig-Naters, via Blattenstrasse, you reach the Wiler "Geimen". The 2 room flat has been lovingly renovated in a nostalgic and modern style. Within 5 minutes you are at the ski valley resort of Belalp, which can be reached by car or bus. The house is heated with wood with the soapstone stove from 1882. In the bedroom there is another wood-burning stove with a view of the burning flames.
