In our space, we try, as much as possible, to provide a lot of privacy. It is not an extra room in the house, but rather a Studio with a separate and independent entrance, for a comfortable stay, without any inconvenience to you. It consists of a double bed, closet, sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, table and chairs, ceiling fan and a private and independent bathroom. Our family does not have access to the space when it is being used. 2 km from Pq Anhembi - 3 km from Santana Metro and Pró Magno Event Center - 4 km, Barra Funda Terminal; Espaço das Américas; Vila Country; Expo-Barra Funda and Allianz Parque; 6 km from SP Center and Av. Paulista Avenue. Also, 30 minutes by bus to the Rua 25 de Março region.

The house is at Praia do Sorocotuba, a small hidden paradise in Guarujá with only 100m extension. Deserted beach during the week, few visitors on weekends. Cozy and rustic, the Ranch has dining and living rooms, a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with a double bed, in addition to the balcony with an unforgettable view of the sea.
