Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a very comfortable living room, a small inner courtyard, and a terrace with ocean and mountain views. In the living room, there is a stove that gives the house a warm and very cozy touch. In the house's surroundings there are several shops and a supermarket, pharmacy and bus stop. The house has a direct internet line ideal for remote work or video conferencing and Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated all year round.<br><br>All homes have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a balcony or terrace with unforgettable views.

La zona compartida se encuentra enmarcada en un espacio ajardinado donde se ubica la piscina, recientemente reformada. Desde su gran terraza privada puede tener unas maravillosas vistas hacia el mar y las montañas. Bien conectado para conocer el norte de Tenerife, y el Parque Nacional del Teide. Located in the natural park of Tigaiga, it is a very quiet place to disconnect, well located to know the north of Tenerife. Next to the route, 0.4.0, Playa del Socorro al Pico del Teide. On the La Espiral estate that has organic fruit trees and vegetables. In Finca La Espiral, there are two casitas plus VV Verode and VV Drago, with amenities such as, parking, wifi, smart TV ,Netflix, etc.

Behind me I see the majestic Teide volcano, in front of me lies the wide Atlantic. You have to experience living here.
