NEW modern apartment at Solsiden

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Bakklandet" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)

The apartment is located in a quiet and popular residential area with a central location. With approximately 15 minutes by direct bus or car, you arrive in Trondheim city centre. It is a short distance to the forest, which is a popular hiking area for both tourists and locals, summer and winter. It is walking distance to Sauptadsenteret with, among other things, grocery stores, pharmacies, post office, hairdresser, gym, eatery and gas station with 24-hour Deli de Luca.

With parking space in underground parking right under the apartment you can drive to the city in 15 minutes or take the bus from the bus stop 20 meters away. Great hiking areas right nearby with one of Nidelven's big dams. Short distance to Granåsen and Bymarka.

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.

Her bor du i et fredelig byggefelt i god avstand til naboer, ca, 8 km til Trondheim sentrum. Du har tilgang til uteområde. Du har et velutstyrt flott kjøkken. Ideelt stopp like ved E6, følger med 1 parkeringsplass. I helgen (fredag kl. 16:00 til mandag kl. 08:00) og mellom 16:00 og 08:00 på hverdager er det i tillegg fri parkering i gata, alltid god plass.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality . Nice view to the Trondheim fjord and a rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive with car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In the winter, the road is paved and strewn. A good winter car is an advantage.
