Cozy apartment with sea view in northern Sardinia.

Our little Sardinian gem is located with a fantastic view of vineyards and the sea. The apartment is 45 m2 with a large terrace facing the sea. On the terrace you are happy to sit and have dinner at sunset, barbecue available. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen, and 1 bathroom. We have a small pool in the area that you can use. The apartment is located 900m from the village of Badesi. In Badesi, there are 2 large grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. It’s 3 km down to Badesistranden.

Stazzu iris

Characteristic Sardinian stazzo finished with fine materials, equipped with all comforts. It enjoys a beautiful view of Lake Liscia and has a large green space for spending days relaxing. It is ideal for those who enjoy fishing and sports such as canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding. A few kilometres away is the thousand-year-old olive tree S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. You can go hiking on the Limbara massif at 1,360 metres. 10 km away is Calangianus with its renowned cork museum and the Giants' Tombs of Pascaredda.

STAZZO ISOLA ROSSA OF GALLURA

It is an ancient and characteristic Stazzo well restored and made habitable, functional and equipped with every service (washing machine, hairdryer, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, TV). The two outdoor spaces belonging to the house are very beautiful and enjoyable. The outdoor pergola with wisteria and breakfast table, kissed by the first morning sun, while on the opposite side, a sort of natural patio with stone flooring and some olive trees, shade the large space that can be used for lunch and dinner.

Villetta Matteo is our private vacation home on the Costa Paradiso (facing Corsica). Villetta Granito

In the front row on the sea, the Granito villa enjoys a great location a few meters from the sea, but also from the Piazzetta where you can find markets, bars, restaurants and shops. The living room is divided into two rooms, an area with a dining table and one with a sofa and TV and kitchen is fully equipped and functional. The sleeping area is composed of two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Outside the villa is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a magnificent sea view.
