Unique location by the sea in Håvika havsgård approx. 2 km from Titran at the end of Frøya. Idyllic location with a great view of the Frøyhavet. The waterfront house/holiday home is spread over 2 floors: 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room and TV living room. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room and storage room. Access to terrace on ground floor. Titran is an old fishing village with a lot of history and can offer great nature and spectacular experiences in both nice and rough weather. A favorite place for fishermen, divers and paddlers.

Here you can enjoy the silence and relax with the whole family. All on one floor! Beautiful views, close to the lake and beach. Frøya offers many hiking opportunities. Fishing in both freshwater and sea. There is a lovely beach in Aunvågen about 300m from the cabin. We have a 15-foot boat located in a marina 1 km from the cabin that can be used. The boat has been taken up for the year. Must be boat experienced/boat license. Remember bed linen and towels. You must clean and wash the cabin yourself after use. Think of those who come after you.

Use of the hot tub must be agreed upon, price NOK 400 for the first use, then NOK 250 per heating. The place is rented out to quiet and orderly people. No parties allowed. Only a few minutes to the grocery store and the ferry connection Seivika-Tømmervåg that takes you to Kristiansund. The cabin consists of: Living room, bathroom, kitchen, hallway and 2 bedrooms. Well-equipped outdoor area and boathouse that can be used.

You can experience the Northern Lights occasionally at night between September and March. Different trips and various activities near the area.
