What a beautiful view! Centrally located with many walkable restaurants / supermarkets and Larnaca old town. The instructions on how to get to the right entrance (by car) are very helpful, free parking on the premises is a big plus and the check-in was easy and flexible. The apartment is so clean and inviting, it has many amenities most Airbnbs don't have - in the kitchen and the restroom. Well-equipped also with a drying rack to go with the washing machine. Energy and ecologically conscious attitude toward energy use. Themida was always quick to respond. Many different converters for different regions are in the nightstand - best to research before coming to Cyprus. (Not conforming to EU standard btw) Thank you for a great stay - highly recommended!

A great experience at Nicola’s place, you have all you need for a great stay, and the location is just perfect, not to mention the reactivity of the host in solving problems quickly and giving valuable suggestions. The price is fair compared to the average in Cyprus.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Elena, who manages the place, was amazing. She was super responsive, kind, and made everything really easy from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment was spotless and fully equipped. The owner was attentive and readily available to answer any questions. We were granted early check-in, and he arranged a taxi that was waiting for us at the airport. The location is great. However, during our stay, there were street renovations happening nearby, which caused some inconvenience. If you visit after the renovations are complete, you'll likely enjoy an even better experience.

This is our second time staying with Themida. Although we stayed at another accommodation, the experience was still the same. EXCELLENT! The level of hospitality is unmatched! The hosts are so friendly and helpful and the apartment is spotless! A great place to stay in the center of Nicosia. It was my second stay and as always it was clean, ready to receive me and Marie/ Ellen allowed me to check in a bit earlier than the assigned time which was very kind of her and helpful for me too. Marie- Ellen always responded to my questions quickly and accurately offering any help I needed. I must say that when I arrived at her place other than the super cleanliness of the place, Marie-Ellen had everything one would need after a trip such as coffee , tea, cereal, fruit, and breakfast. Her fridge and cupboards were well stocked which made the beginning of my stay easy and comfortable. Thanks a lot Marie-Ellen and see you soon again! Aida

Spacious and well-equipped apartment, comfy bed, easy and friendly communication, fast&reliable internet, supermarket and public transport nearby, beach in walking distance. The highway is very close, which is great for going around by car, but you do hear it, especially when on the balcony. Still, very decent value for money, can definitely recommend.

In Andy's place you will find the calm and peace that is not often found in Nicosia. The house is located in a quiet street away from the crowds and traffic, you will not hear any noise day / night. Furthermore, its position makes it cool even during the hottest days. A 15 minute walk and you will be in the historic center. Andy has always been welcoming and available to our every request.

The apartment was pleasant at home, friendly hosts and neighbors, a large supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. A quiet, cozy place. The owners have two charming little dogs who have conquered our hearts. Christos has always answered our questions.

Definitely an Airbnb worth spending time in! Tony is really responsive and accommodating, helping with operation of the amenities and going out of his way to improve our experience. It's a great space to stay for a good few days so you can enjoy where you stay and cyprus altogether!

Great host so helpful and gave clear check-in information. Great location, love the use of the pools especially the roof top one! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, I slept soundly every night and will definitely like to stay again :)

The house and location were wonderful. The sea was very nice. The inside of the house is as seen in the pictures. It is an ideal size for 2 people. Evgeny is very helpful and has been very helpful to us during our entire vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Diana's apartment and felt right at home. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week in Cyprus. We used it as a base to go out a lot in the day and found it well located in the city, with shops, bakeries and good restaurants in easy walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace, with excellent views over the city and mountains, and jacuzzi hot tub which was the perfect way to relax in the sunshine and late night under the stars. The apartment is very light and airy, with lots of windows and great views in all directions. Diana and Bogdan were excellent hosts; impressively responsive and supportive during our stay and really went above and beyond - for example one AC heater had a technical problem, and they dispatched a new heater directly to us that day! We wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again, and would highly recommend them as Airbnb hosts. Thank you!
