The main building has a kitchen, dining area and living room. Separate toilet with washing machine and dryer, as well as an electric sauna and shower room with toilet seat. Two bedrooms (both with double beds), a loft with a sofa bed (120x200) and, if necessary, 2 extra beds. Ukkola is located in the nature on its own peaceful yard, where you can enjoy the nature and your own peace. There is hut in the yard, where you can enjoy your time by the open fire with coffee and self-made pancakes while admiring the starry sky and possible northern lights. There are 70km of cross country ski trails, snowmobile trails pass by, and we organise fishing and ice fishing in the nearby river. You can also rent snowshoes and electric bikes to make your holiday even more perfect.

Mattila - a cozy house near the Arctic Circle

We are pleased to offer this nice house for your use during your stay! The house is suitable for 6-8 person and is located in the countryside of Finnish Lapland, just above the Arctic Circle. Please see the pictures and furhter information. The nearest airport and train station, as well as Santa Claus Village, are in Rovaniemi, about an an hour's drive away. Tervetuloa Lappiin, viihtyisään ja rauhalliseen omakotitaloon Länsi-Lappiin. Talossa majoittuu mukavasti 6-8 henkilöä.

Viihtyisä pieni perinteinen kesämökki ihan Vietosen rannassa. Valoisa sisustus ja uusittu keittiö. Ei luksusta, mutta siistiä ja toimivaa. Uusi Sauna 2025 ihan rannassa! Mökissä sähköt, mutta ei juoksevaa vettä. Uimaan ja kalastamaan heti kun astuu ulos! Mahdollista vuokrata paljuvaunu ja sähkö perämoottori, kysy näistä lisää.
