It is on the ground floor (although there are 9 steps to enter the building), and it shares a garden and swimming pool with the other two apartments, Bonelli and Adalberti. It is a cozy space with a beautiful living-dining-kitchen area that has all the amenities, a sofa bed for one person, a 50-inch Smart TV, an electric fireplace and a design that takes care of every detail. It has a lovely terrace that's ideal for enjoying a coffee in the morning or even a dinner under the stars with spectacular views of the village and the stream. The apartment is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, and all amenities at your fingertips.
