Lawn for outdoor activities, two terraces in different weather conditions. There is a barbecue and indoors there is a fireplace to burn in. Two single beds, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed are provided. Laundry machine in bathroom and shower with entrance from outside. 30 min to Kalmar and about 45 min to Karlskrona. Grocery store is located in Bergkvara about 2 kilometers away. 24/7 and farm shop in Bröms.

Here you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony and watch the sun set over the water, or have a morning coffee on the front patio with morning sun. Private jetty with swimming ladder. The cottage was finished in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150m from the cottage there is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming docks and a raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

Cozy little house for two or three people close to the sea ( three kilometers) and deep Swedish forests and lakes. The house can be found on the outskirts of the village Söderåkra, between the port towns of Kalmar and Karlskrona. It has a perfect starting point for excursions to the island of Öland, in Sweden's glass kingdom or pure nature. Quiet location and one kilometer to the nearest supermarket. The cottage is newly renovated . Bed linen and towels are to be brought.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with the sea as a neighbor. Approximately 300 meters to the swimming area. Lovely nature to stay in if you want to go out and move on. Discover the nice Örarev in Fulvik just 4.2 km away, as well as a nice and larger swimming area/beach. Möre golf club only 5km. If you want to go to the summer town of Kalmar and Öland it is only about 30 minutes drive. Pets are welcome but you are responsible for keeping them clean.
